Knowledge Base Audit

As a knowledge base manager, I conduct knowledge base audits to assess the quality and accuracy of the information that is provided to clients’ users. During this process, I thoroughly review the entire repository of information and make sure it's up-to-date, relevant, and organized in a way that makes it easy to find what users need.

My audit process includes checking for outdated information and taking note of it for clients. I also assess how well the knowledge base is serving the needs of clients’ users and make recommendations for improvement.

The goal of the knowledge base audit is to ensure that users can rely on the information provided to be accurate, relevant, and helpful in fulfilling users’ needs. By conducting audits, I aim to maintain the quality and integrity of clients’ knowledge base so that users can continue to benefit from its value.

During auditing, I will put together a playbook detailing a plan and guide for the future of your knowledge base. After auditing, we will go over the playbook and answer questions for you and your business.
